Hundreds of components have been successfully supplied to companies around the world –mainly for the automotive industry .

OMCL has access to the latest CNC 5 and 6 axis machines for that particularly difficult component and is also able to supply conventional machining and basic fabrication for the less demanding work.

Bespoke fasteners have also become a speciality with different materials and head shapes and sizes becoming more and more easy to source.

 

A typical CNC Machined component for the automotive industry—this one is particularly difficult as it is from 304 Stainless with a 7.5mm hole right through the centre!
